The Sacrament of Penance and Reconciliation is a Sacrament of Healing. In this Sacrament, God shows the depths of his mercy and love by offering forgiveness for our sins and restoring us to grace.
When illness strikes, the Church offers comfort and strength through visits from priests with sacraments, prayers, and support. In hospital, inform staff you are Catholic for pastoral care. At home, contact the parish office to request a visit.
